FROM TOKYO TO THE U.S. — DON DIABLO IN T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE
In August 2024, Dutch DJ and producer Don Diablo returned to Japan for his performance at S2O JAPAN 2024 in Tokyo.
During his stay, he purchased the T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE — BLACK.
What began as a piece discovered in Tokyo would soon travel with him across the United States — appearing behind the decks in Boston and Denver, before becoming part of an everyday moment on the streets of New York.
One garment.
Different cities.
Different moments.
And with each one, another memory was added.
TOKYO — AUGUST 2024
Don Diablo arrived in Tokyo to perform at S2O JAPAN 2024.
During his stay in Japan, he personally selected and purchased the T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE — BLACK.
It was not prepared as stagewear.
It was not a piece selected for a campaign.
It was simply something he chose for himself.
Days later, that choice would cross the Pacific with him.
BOSTON — AUGUST 10, 2024
On August 10, Don Diablo performed at THE GRAND Boston, supported by KASTRA.
Behind the decks, in front of a packed dance floor, he wore the T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE he had purchased during his stay in Tokyo.
Under the club lights, the oversized GOD MODE graphic across the back became unmistakable.
A piece chosen in Tokyo only days earlier had already entered another environment — moving from the city into the DJ booth, surrounded by sound, light and movement.
This was the beginning of a journey that would continue across the United States.
DENVER — AUGUST 23, 2024
Less than two weeks later, the same piece appeared again.
On August 23, Don Diablo performed at Riot House Denver in Colorado, once again wearing the T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE — BLACK.
The distressed surface, washed texture and graphic details took on another expression beneath the lighting of the club.
A garment is never experienced in exactly the same way twice.
The place changes.
The light changes.
The music changes.
And the person wearing it brings another moment into its history.
NEW YORK — SEPTEMBER 3, 2024
The story continued beyond the stage.
On September 3, Don Diablo posted a video on his own Instagram filmed in New York City.
Once again, he was wearing the same T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE.
This time there was no DJ booth.
No festival stage.
No crowd in front of him.
Just the city.
After Boston and Denver, the piece had moved naturally into an everyday moment in New York — showing another side of the same garment.

2024年8月、S2O JAPAN 2024への出演のため日本を訪れていた、オランダ出身のDJ / Producer Don Diablo。
その東京滞在中に、彼が購入したのが
T.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEE — BLACKでした。
東京で選ばれた一着は、その後彼とともに海を渡り、Boston、Denver、そしてNew Yorkへ。

この日のサポートを務めたのはKASTRA。
満員のフロアを前にDJする彼が着用していたのは、東京滞在中に購入したT.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEEでした。
クラブの照明の中、背面に大きく配置されたGOD MODEのグラフィックが鮮明に浮かび上がります。
東京で選ばれた一着が、わずか数日後には海を越え、BostonのDJブースへ。
街からステージへ。
音、光、身体の動きの中で、服は商品として置かれていたときとは異なる表情を見せ始めます。
ここから、この一着の旅が始まっていきました。

それから約2週間後の8月23日。
Colorado州DenverのRiot House DenverでDJするDon Diabloの姿に、再び同じT.C.R GOD MODE DAMAGE S/S TEEがありました。
ダメージ加工による表情。
ウォッシュによって生まれた質感。
そしてGOD MODEのグラフィック。
それらはクラブの照明や身体の動きによって、Bostonとはまた違う表情を見せています。

今度はDJブースではありません。
フェスティバルのステージでもありません。
