DON DIABLO IN T.C.R BY TOUCHER — FROM SEL OCTAGON TOKYO TO CLUB MARIA
In April 2023, Don Diablo visited Tokyo to headline the OCTAGON 4th ANNIVERSARY FESTIVAL, held at SEL OCTAGON TOKYO on April 22.
During his stay, he purchased the T.C.R MAVERIK MESH LEATHER MOTO JACKET — BLACK.
The jacket was seen on Don Diablo as he appeared at a meet-and-greet during his SEL OCTAGON TOKYO appearance. Moving through the venue in the piece, its oversized silhouette and contrasting textures became particularly visible in motion.
Constructed from contrasting mesh and synthetic leather panels, the MAVERIK MOTO JACKET reinterprets the structural language of motorcycle gear through a contemporary oversized silhouette. Curved panel lines, dimensional sleeves, and the contrast between matte and textured black surfaces create a form designed to shift with the movement of the body.
Later during the same Tokyo stay, the jacket appeared again in footage filmed with Max Matsuura at CLUB MARIA, a private space beneath Tokyo.
Surrounded by deep blue and violet lighting, reflective surfaces, and the atmosphere around the DJ booth, the jacket took on a different presence from its earlier appearance at SEL OCTAGON TOKYO.
The same piece moved between two distinct sides of Tokyo nightlife — from the public-facing energy of an international club appearance to the more private atmosphere of CLUB MARIA.
It was not a jacket captured in only one moment.
Personally selected during his time in Tokyo, the MAVERIK MOTO JACKET remained with Don Diablo across multiple scenes of his stay, becoming part of the experience rather than simply an isolated styling choice.
A piece shaped by the visual language of underground culture, appearing naturally within the environments that continue to define it.
